I love that they are so quick with their replies/help! They really listen when you explain your situation or concerns about how much money is getting deposited into an account vs what amount was expected at all times during treatment of patients in our clinic (and insurance).
Sometimes there can be some delays depending upon where we're located geographically since it's not always easy for them from afar as well but overall this has been great!! We've received help multiple time now while also trying different payment methods through other companies such us Blue Cross which wasn't working too smoothly either - sometimes taking longer than needed etc.. The best part being able get fast responses via email rather quickly without needing phone calls everytime something needs attention because my staff just doesn;t have enough hours throughout each day nor do most people want call center options like AT&T does due.
