I use zelisaach for all my billings since 2005 with no problems at this time! It works great when you don't have an internet connection or want something quick before your next appointment (which is often). No complaints here except that it can be hard sometimes getting in touch w/the system if there are any issues after hours during holidays etc - but we work around those situations as best possible by emailing back & forth until resolved!! I like that it is easy for me as an organization owner to make sure all of my patient's bills are getting paid in a timely manner. It has been very helpful for us at this time when so many are out because of COVID19. Honestly though, it could be better if there was more variety or different payment types. For now we're just utilizing what they have but it would be nice to add some other options down the line. Definitely recommend! We can't wait until everything gets back to normal and our staff
