Distressed good for hubs

Good things first: Build quality: good Power outlets: good Ethernet port: works at full speed But charging: not very good I connected it to my iPad Pro (3rd gen) and uses included charger (18w) and the iPad said it wouldn't charge but charged VERY slowly. I sent a detailed request to CharJen. I asked if Apple's 30W charging was more normal; I asked how much power the hub uses etc etc. It's been a few days and they haven't responded. However, there is something that makes me wish I had never bought it and could return it and get my money back. . It smells like sandalwood or some kind of febreze. The sleeve stinks of it, as does the hub. I was hoping it would fade but it didn't. The odor appears to be coming from the sockets of the pod. It's a very irritating, sweet, perfume-like smell and it gets on my fingers when I touch the sleeve. I am very sensitive to smells and if you are too I would advise you to avoid this product. It is outrageous that an electronic product of this nature should be flavored.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Requires power outlet
