It's Coming Back; I still don't know what to replace. Disappointed as I have all the Kwiksets at home 1) The app is rubbish. Difficult account creation due to poor UX and faulty password logic. The "History" lock screen with errors is sorted by date/time, but some lock/unlock events are not sorted by position and appear at the bottom of the list. Eventually, no more new events were added to the story. There is no mechanism in the app to view or update the WiFi blocking settings - you have to reset the blocking yourself and add it back to your account. 2) The WiFi connection never worked. During installation it found my network, accepted the password and said it was connected. The app says it's connected. However, the lock never receives commands over Wi-Fi and the app tells it it's offline. When I'm within Bluetooth range, it will be locked/unlocked through the app.3. I have never been able to add additional userids successfully. When I add a new passcode it turns yellow and when touched it gives a warning that "app and lock are syncing" but this almost never completes, even with an active bluetooth connection. Once it turned out that a new code had to be added, but the lock did not accept it.
