Similar if not the same as in Benihan.

Only without Benihana on back of cookware I have used what looks and feels like this set at Benihan's Restaurant. They feel durable and comfortable in hand with smooth edges. In general, it is pleasant to eat with you. I've had my set for almost a month now and use it often. They have (so far) gone through the dishwasher with no side effects.
