Inaccurate and too slow

Temperature not recorded accurately. Even after a recalibration with the supplied ice water and boiling water key, it does not deliver the correct values. It also took a lot longer to register the temperature than the previous Taylor instant I had for years, so I gave this a try. I returned this article and now need to find a working Instant Read.
