The flexibility of managing information for so many different organizations is very easy to use through their software program (the price can be costly but it's worth every penny). If you are trying something new or need help setting up an entire website I think that Worship Leader could best be used as part of our tool belt from God's Word in order solve various needs we have at work each week. We try not to purchase other tools because they tend to take longer than using one provided by God - He makes more sense! Also having someone online 24/7 would really benefit us all during those late hours after closing when there isn't anybody around otherwise willing & able to lend assistance. The ease of use for signing up new people to our congregation. It's so quick that we've been able to sign up several families in one weekend! I wish there were more fields available, but it is very easy to fill out all the required information. There are also no extra features or bells & whistles other than what you'd expect from any online account system (e.g., calendar). We're able to easily keep track of who has signed up and when they do so.
