**Please read the entire review for an update** As for the price, I can't complain. This is my first helmet bluetooth device. Simple and clear pairing and installation instructions. The device comes with both a rigid mount and a sticky Velcro strap. (Allows both types of attachment to the helmet. The loudspeakers (for the ears) are nice and thin and don't cause any problems inside the helmet. The microphone (flexible) is also quite thin. (Just a little thicker than the loudspeakers) The only reason why I don't have a 5 What I gave is that the mic (thick part) tends to get stuck on the ear when taking off the helmet Overall I would recommend this purchase (Stars due to customer service) When the company realized I had a twitching problem behind my ear , they emailed me and offered to send me what they call a "soft mic” that looks like a standard mic. no velcro/stain or thick protruding parts. These guys seem to be the best bang for your buck when it comes to hardware/products and definitely customer service.
