Not worth the trip. Buy a traditional vegetable peeler instead.
I peeled an apple fairly well but afterwards NG on several different fruits. The cutter was clean and if it had been a little more durable it might have worked. Doesn't start or crashes. Disappointing. For me at least a frivolous kitchen tool. For the price of just under 20 euros, you shouldn't expect much. Buy a hand knife, Oxo has one that does, very sharp and ergonomic to fit your hand.
