I used one of these switches to disconnect a small (30Ah) lithium battery from the load to avoid parasitic discharges. The switch is rated at 20 amps, which is more than enough for the project. The wires that came with the kit appear to be 18 AWG rated at 16 amps for chassis wiring, which works. A practical product for my workshop.
