The ability to have our website reviewed by an expert in this space is very helpful for us as we are new at providing health care quality information online! I do not like that you need your own personal account with them - it can be confusing when they ask questions about multiple users because there isn't any way of knowing who's answers will affect what other person sees or does next time around (unless someone else has used their service).

However if you know how to navigate through all the info provided then so much better than using another free tool out there which just takes up more resources for me since my job doesn't pay enough yet!! Provide user friendly tutorials before allowing access from public websites/forums etc.. Make sure people understand clearly why certain features were put into place such as security measures; make informed decisions regarding privacy concerns vs ease use factor.
