Review on Klein Tools RT210 Outlet Tester: Detect Common Wiring Problems in GFCI / Standard North American AC Outlets by Brad Schillings

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The wires in my house seem fine

My house was too well wired to see more than two "OK" lights on each outlet. I can't give you good lighting combinations to protect my house from fire. So why write a review? Do not press the GFCI button or you will trigger a Carrington event. You'll think you pressed reset on the little button on the socket, but it blew your mind the whole train. Your coffee maker is going crazy and you don't get coffee in the morning, your alarm clock will ring at home if the backup battery dies sometime in the middle of the night, and all your clocks will go forever and your iPhone will be at 25% power in the morning. This GFCI button is really testing the circuit to simulate EMP. Well done guys. A great handy gadget to take with you when thinking about buying a new home. Just plug it into your house to check the outlet wiring. Something like an electronic stethoscope over the electrical condition of your proposed new home.
