Basically a swamp cooler, but for your desk. It passes water through a filter and uses a fan to cool the air. The air is definitely much cooler when it exits the other side. They added some LED lights to make it match the decor of the table it sits on. It also has an atomizer that acts as a dehumidifier if you want. Cool product at a reasonable price. I recommend it!
