Smaller than you think but very handy for small preps

When they arrived my wife and I thought they were too small but we soon found that we had more control over our prep and workspace had and so on. We use them (fight for them actually) all the time. We will most likely buy more in the future once we realize how much space our large cutting boards take up in storage and in the dishwasher.
