I purchased this kit for both my ikea furniture that’s taken a few hits from my kids (literally) and for my cheap faux wood laminate flooring.We had a baby gate that we built out around the tile in photo #2 to block off our shoe rack and stairs. I didn’t even think to ensure it wouldn’t scratch the floor and, after 2 years of use, it left the laminate planks scratched and gray in some places. I read the reviews on this product thoroughly and followed one recommendation to layer colors to achieve the color you need.Luckily my floor has a ton of different colors so I was able to make mistakes and they aren’t noticeable. I layered the dark and light wax fillers then a lighter market on top and immediately wiped away. I know the photo quality isn’t the best, but you can’t tell (in the second photo) that I fixed the laminate flooring. It also worked well on my ikea furniture. My kids continuously hit the edge of our Hemnes desk with our rolling desk chair, so the edge was pretty damaged. We used the black wax filler and that alone did the trick. It didn’t fill the dents by any means, but you can no longer see them.
