I like that it can be used to create new employees, manage payrolls etc as well managing all of our insurance policies (including life). There are many features we do not use but there's nothing wrong about them either - they just don't fit into what you're trying achieve in your organisation! The only thing i dislike at this time would have been if their support team were more proactive when working through issues or questions via phone/email rather than waiting until someone was available online which could sometimes take up hours before being able resolve an issue!! We've found most aspects easy enough though so far haven;t had any problems using Pay & Insurance+.
