Well, if you don't care about quality.
Bought last minute for an introductory animation course as the campus store was closed and needed the next day. The only upside to the quality is that it has the correct hole order to put it on the draw pins. motionless. This is consistent for every page, so no random pages are skewed sideways. As for the negatives; It's literally the base paper for printing, so even with a light table you can't see beyond three pages. So unless you plan on using it to a minimum, don't even bother trying unless you want to waste an evening and experience a lot of eye strain as well.
