Review on Canson Montval Watercolor Paper Pad - Heavyweight Cold Press, Micro-Perforated - 140 lb, 9x12 Inches, 20 Sheets by Amy Mcleod

I ordered 3 of these - 1 was perfectly plain Canson paper which I have enjoyed using Years. The other 2 were torn off - 11 sheets in a block that should have been 12. 2 custom blocks were sealed in plastic bags; The good one was sent in a box. The paper was more like thick cardstock and thicker than regular watercolor paper. They didn't take color well either. Under normal circumstances I would have sent it back, but I was in the middle of an order and didn't have time to wait for the company to fix it. I don't know if this is a production change or a quality control error. If anyone could contact me I took photos of the difference in the paper.
