Great shipment management tool, great customer support

I love being able to manage all of my shipments from one place with ease! It's so simple for me personally because it saves time in tracking orders as well - no need 2 do both manually each day!! You're limited by your own imagination when you create an account but this is something they can fix at some point down future road (hopefully!). Tracking shipping status has never been easy before- now everything about order processing/tracking process goes through CONVELIO system which helps us work faster without having issues regarding missing packages or anything like that.

However once our team learned how best utilize their tools then things became clear;) We got great customer support staff who are easily accessible whenever needed via phone call + email response within hours even 24hrs+ depending upon what was requested :) And also most importantly ability track every single parcel
