If you've ever bought a hole punch, you know there are spots where the punch will slip if you squeeze the handle too hard. The wheel is slipping and the hole is beveled or off-center. This hammer is a "heavy" model. You can tell the difference when you pick it up. All"fixed". The dimensions of the punch are very sharp and pierce the skin like butter. The wheel stays in place thanks to the locking spring. This came with a bushing tool and a bag of standard size bushings which I have already used to replace some of the missing bushings on the tarp that I have. I have never bought cheap instruments. I'm almost 67 and have tools I bought when I was 13. Spend $5 or $6 more and buy this set. It will stay with you forever and you will love how it works.
