. The former only recognized USB-A devices that were regularly connected to it. Revine quickly sent a replacement. The second had an ethernet port that failed after a few weeks. The crash mode was actually a bit interesting - it shut down my entire network until I turned it off. I didn't quite believe it until it happened again on the second day. Then, after a day or two, the ethernet port stopped working (no link light on my switch). Given that this hub is meant to pass USB-C power, I don't quite think it's doing the right thing and won't fry my laptop. I'm sending it back forever. The guarantee is a joke. There is no website, no way to contact the manufacturer.
