Review on Calphalon Classic Pots and Pans Set: 10 Piece Nonstick Cookware with No Boil-Over Inserts by Kevin Mitchell

We decided to order new cookware after our last set of Calphalon finally broke. We looked at a few online, thought the new Calphalon would be a great buy, and ordered from Revain Prime. A few days later we had new dishes, we threw away the old ones and used them. We are deeply impressed by the quality of the new product. Totally non-stick, dishes come clean quickly, and we really appreciate the lids that really help drain water from pasta, veggies, etc. The pan works great and we can use it for our favorite fries. This is where the compliments end. . We found that we were missing one of the "non-boil away" liners. We searched the kit and packaging but couldn't find an insert so we contacted Calphalon customer service twice to get the missing piece of our kit. Each time we were advised to box up the set and send it back to Revain for a replacement or refund. Why on earth should we bother packing up the whole set and returning it to Revane? The work and shipping involved in doing this makes it absolutely insane to return a beautiful cookware. Why does Calphalon not keep open stock for this very reason? It would be much cheaper to take care of missing or damaged parts. + for a great product; D to F for Calphalon Customer Service.
