Plug and play, but drivers support slightly faster internet speeds

Pros: -relatively cheap for the price -acceptable build quality (considering the plastic case and low price) -everything works out of the box (will be updated later as will be I have more time to work with it) - Plug and Play (see another section for more info) Cons: - not enough power to support an external hard drive (this is stated in the datasheet, so this wasn't a surprise to me , but if you're looking to add some memory to your thin and light laptop, you might need to look elsewhere) Other: As soon as I opened it, my first impulse was to run a speed test. . Compared to my desktop tower connected to the same internet, this device was about 60% faster than my tower. However, after spending a few minutes downloading the drivers for the device (which I found on a cable website with a little internet searching), it worked on par with my tower. I don't have gigabit internet from my ISP so can't speak to its ability to deliver full gigabit speeds, but it was enough to fully saturate a 125Mbps connection. I hope this review was helpful!
