I find this set of abrasive sponges very handy and useful. I often repair furniture and sponges are always handy and in my opinion they give a smoother sanded surface than a sheet or block. It's also a great value, as singles often sell for $3 or more. They do a great job, I don't see any difference other than the brand name, and they clean up easily with soap and water, although sometimes I have to use a small scrubbing brush to clean them, depending on what I've been sanding. I would buy them again with no problem.
