The customer service is amazing! They truly care about your success. My Account Manager has been with me since I first signed up my account over 2 years ago. She's always available when I need her in the middle of the night or early morning hours. Her knowledge base has helped us solve many problems that we were not able to resolve ourselves as small growers. There have also been some great new features added over those two years which she was part of implementing herself. If there is anything wrong with this product it would be difficult for them to see due to their own staff working so hard everyday. As long as you have a good relationship with your Customer Service manager they will make every effort possible to assist you with any issues. Their system works very well for our needs but if there are additional modules you could use to get more information from customers, such as pictures.
