Excellent Product & Fantastic Support

The customer service is amazing! They truly care about your success. My Account Manager has been with me since I first signed up my account over 2 years ago. She's always available when I need her in the middle of the night or early morning hours. Her knowledge base has helped us solve many problems that we were not able to resolve ourselves as small growers. There have also been some great new features added over those two years which she was part of implementing herself. If there is anything…

  • Great support team
  • Very responsive at all times during business day including weekends/holidays (evenings too)
  • Easy access through web portal & mobile app can check daily activity anytime anywhere without needing internet connectivity.
  • Ability monitor water flow rates per hour via graphing function within application
Cons
  • Not the best
