Review on Enhanced Greenworks Lithium Ion Battery Charger with 40V Power - Model 29482 by Phil Casey

I ordered the exact battery specified in the ad and it came with my mower. This battery should be a backup battery for the lawnmower. The battery that was delivered was not the one I ordered and the specs were slightly different. It didn't work on my lawn mower. The lawn mower would turn on and immediately shut off. I am returning the battery. Check out the photos to see the difference. I also tried calling Green Works to see what type of battery I need and if I can order one of them. I was detained for an hour. Then he couldn't help me. Then they said they would call me back tomorrow so a specialist could help. And I still haven't gotten an answer from them.
