SO frustrating to install - no written instructions, picture wrong

I've installed a lot of doorknobs and levers. This was the worst. I had to take it to Ace Hardware and ask a helpful gentleman to sort it out. The problem is that the product comes with an inner liner that is VERY tightly attached to the bezel and had to be pryed out with a screwdriver. The illustration does NOT show this insert as a separate part and there are no written instructions. My husband and I spent over an hour on this.
