Installation was difficult, no instructions included. It doesn't have a lock (I didn't need one) but is a good weight and quality once you install it.

Horribly cumbersome installation, had to have my contractor do it twice. Still thin and doesn't feel stable. Super pretty but cheap quality and I will have to replace. It's been a week and it's such a pain to use.

Don't let the picture fool you. This is definitely a painted and not a brushed metal finish. Also, the illustrations in the instructions don't match the actual product, but I was able to figure it out. I would still recommend this pin as it is the ONLY one in this style that I could find anywhere and it matches the design of our knobs and dials and the price is great

I've installed a lot of doorknobs and levers. This was the worst. I had to take it to Ace Hardware and ask a helpful gentleman to sort it out. The problem is that the product comes with an inner liner that is VERY tightly attached to the bezel and had to be pryed out with a screwdriver. The illustration does NOT show this insert as a separate part and there are no written instructions. My husband and I spent over an hour on this.
