I'm a first grade teacher and our first few weeks of classes included counters and ten frames. I wanted to draw my own decimal box on a whiteboard and then tape chips to the decimal box to make numbers up to 10. I saw this product after a friend showed it to me and it saved me so much time. The frames and counters are big enough for students to see on screen and I love how they are colored in different colors. I use them on the whiteboard, but also hold a ten and add the chips to the frame. I also use counters when creating sentences with words that kids see so they can read. I point to each circle above the word for the student to reference/read. Definitely recommended no matter where you teach, at home or at school!
