Brilliant! - Chef's Knife

Just what I was looking for in a knife. At first it seemed clumsy to use as it's very heavy, about a pound or so, but by the weight I make it so easy to cook. I was looking for a paring knife and found that my 12 inch chef's knife wasn't heavy enough or big enough to easily cut through large vegetables. This blade is sharp and well made, the weight of the blade alone will help a ton to cut through anything including bone and tough tissue. I cook at home full time and make almost everything from scratch and this blade surprised me. It cuts clean, cuts well, and even knows how to make precise cuts, much like a Chinese hatchet. I now make my own ground beef and tuna at home with this blade as I only have to raise and lower it slightly to get the job done. my number 1 knife in my kitchen. For the price I'll be buying another one soon.
