I like that it's open source as well; so if there are issues with any of their software or services you can fix them yourself rather than paying for support from someone else who may not even be in India! The system itself could use some more features/improvements to make things easier (such as creating patient-specific reports).

It would also help improve productivity by allowing other team members access without having everyone log into one central computer at once - instead they each have individual computers set up only necessary information per user needs when working remotely etc.- this helps keep track better, makes life less complicated since we're able to work off our own devices vs being stuck using just 1 main desktop PC all day long where everything has been centralized onto said device.
