Promised to be the next technology, but Wi-Fi was very slow. There are software issues that cause 5G compatible devices to freeze at 2.4GHz. This is how you get super slow speeds. Spent 3 hours on the phone with their first customer service team just to troubleshoot and take it to the next level. Which was out of stock so they called me in 2-3 business days. Waste of time for such an expensive part. I bought a Netgear Orb and it works great - great performance and no gaps between the grids as I walk around the house. A 400 router should not outperform a 1300+ router. Skip this product!
