Review on K5508 Evolution Drilled Slotted Ceramic by David Crawford

Bought this kit for my 2010 Taurus SHO. I was going to order discs and pads anyway. For about the same money the parts store charges for an "OEM" replacement, I was able to upgrade to this system. Yes, a very noticeable stopping effect. Very even very much. I may update this review as time wears down the brakes for true durability. For reference, the factory installed brakes lasted +80,000 miles. My pads are not worn at all. I only did it for the loss of braking power. It turned out that this was due to the caliper bolt getting stuck in the bracket. I didn't know this until I ordered and installed this kit. Let's see if this system can keep up with the mileage.
