Easy installation, holes already lined up with holes in door frame. The front doors were slightly more difficult than the rear doors. I used masking tape to keep the windows from falling down during installation and washed off the remaining tape. The first installation should take around 45 minutes with a learning curve. I did all 4 on my pilot and it took 10 minutes to replace the passenger side door controller. UPDATE: I had to deduct two stars as the passenger side front end lasted just over 3 years compared to 8 years with the original adjuster. I bought the same model from Revain, it was $8 cheaper than December 2012. This regulator looks a little more durable than the first replacement. Let's see how long this controller lasts.
