Very easy to install and safe to connect. turn off the load. This point was not entirely clear to me in the manual (a case of "reading" on my part). When I researched the issue on their website, everything was explained much more clearly there. I was able to discharge my LFP battery to 11V when it was set to 12V. I tested them manually and intentionally so there was no harm. Even with an open load shedding circuit, the battery charges perfectly. I was able to break a 141A load through the device without any problems (according to BMV 700). This will be my product of choice for any project that requires battery protection from here. at the exit. Pros: Robust design that physically supports the type of cables and connectors used. Forgot to install and program. Allows battery charging automatically when the load shedding circuit is open. LVD can be controlled by other devices and switches. Cons: Rev08 manual 2017/03/27 doesn't clearly let you know that the load will NOT turn itself off in lithium mode. The buzzer and relay modes clearly indicate that the load is disconnected.
