I am using this mostly for weighted pull ups. Things I love:1. Padding is great. No abrasions.2. Long loading strap. You can have your weights and then get the strap through the weight and attached. You have enough slack to move around just a little which is good. I can chalk up or whatever and then get the weight in position for the exercise when I am ready.3. The heavy duty metal buckle and adjustment strap are awesome. I put this thing on and it stays put. I can rest standing or sitting and not worry about the whole thing falling off my hips to the floor.4. The loading strap has a bit of rubber on both sides to keep the weight from sliding around.What I don't like:1. The black carabiners that shipped with the product are not very big. Maybe 1.5" long and the gate opening is small making getting the loading strap hooked up a bit tedious at times.As I am a rock climber I threw out the two cheap black carabiners it shipped with and use some beefy large carabiners with large gate openings for ease of use.
