On the good side: I LOVE this apron. First, it's charming. Standing in the kitchen pregnant and barefoot will make me dress up for the role and it has all the adorable 50's housewife flair I'm looking for - it's even cute enough for a little "honey, me". 'm -home' 100% sane dramatic play if you get what I mean and that's up to you. It fits me comfortably but it's not so much fabric that I won't be too comfortable wearing it if that Baby has lost weight. In fact, the fabric is my favorite part! It's LIGHTWEIGHT and THIN. My other kitchen aprons look like I'm carrying a ship's sail or painter's linen or whatever - I can forget about that when I'm moving around the kitchen. And be let's face it, the only reason I chose this apron over other aprons is because of the water resistance of the fabric (which still works impressively well.) I may look like a household goddess when wearing this piece, but unfortunately it enhances my grace not magically and I'm literally a total mess in the kitchen I can't count the number of outfits I've completely messed up with spills, splatters and just that old counter tilt that gets me every time disturbs. I am in the process of getting a second one to give to my best friend who is into food photography. Not so good: Only a few really minor imperfections, and certainly none of them enough to deduct a star - 1: The maroon ink has run out. in a tan for a few places. It looks like mine got cut off near the end of the fabric pack, so maybe I was just lucky. It's not too flashy and doesn't bother me. 2: the presence of prints. I really like this apron, but I'm not always for the classic style. I would buy a few more of these if I could get them in different trendy prints or with snazzy fun slogans!
