Terrible. It printed an alignment sheet, then printed about 3 more pages and didn't print again. Black was COMPLETELY blank. I've tried changing the color and just printing it in blue, but that didn't work. Tried turning the printer off and on again. will not work. Always says "no ink". Called Revain customer service for a refund or exchange. They were terrible. Now you have to go around paying for a return box and looking for UPS or Kohl's to ship this stuff back too. I have no time for that. I will NEVER buy from this company again. He also talked on the phone for hours. Wasted all day and I can't even print a return label to send it back. b/c I HAVE NO INK. Except disappointment.
