There are no installation problems, factory.
Experienced technician here, cheaper than $100 options through World Pac. The screw holes were perfectly matched. The only difference with this ESC is the motor mount, it has studs and nuts from the factory, it has screws, but the necessary hardware is already on the ESC! Many Thanks. We'll see how well it holds up, but so far so good.
