Experienced technician here, cheaper than $100 options through World Pac. The screw holes were perfectly matched. The only difference with this ESC is the motor mount, it has studs and nuts from the factory, it has screws, but the necessary hardware is already on the ESC! Many Thanks. I didn't want to order very cheap options for my 02 Dakota Quad Cab when I read about installation problems and wrong installation locations. This fits 100% correct and includes 3 new motor mounting bolts. The included instructions will give you an idea of what is required for installation, but it's fairly easy once the panel is removed. I also like that the motor is quiet and the glass goes up and down like it should, will order again if my other ones don't work!
