For a product designed for one simple purpose - bike mount - it fails miserably. This must have been designed by a team of high school students and put together from Fischer Price parts because 1) it slips when you try to put your bike in place. 2) The bike is not stable because the base is not wide enough with outstretched arms. 3) The bike tips over and falls to the ground because parts like the grub screw are cheap. It's a bunch of junk with a simple purpose, and it fails. Designing a bike rack is not that difficult. Hire college students to develop your products, not high school students.
