Very comfortable for cycling

Perfect size device for my small patio. I have an adult tricycle and am happy with the stabilization of my tricycle. The only thing that frustrates me is that without permanently anchoring the machine to the ground, I have to support it with my foot and physically lift the front wheel in. However, it is a great product and I have already recommended it to several people. Especially for travel.

Slides and Flimsy - Cycling

I wish other customers were more honest when they reviewed this stand. I have a 23lb road bike and the kickstand retracts when I try to park the bike. It's too easy to rock back and forth when my bike is parked (read: weak). It's mainly made of aluminum poles and plastic, so it's light (I think it's because of the professional part). I need another bike stand and will forgo this one, spend more money and a heavier bike stand which makes sense.

Pros
  • Easy to Use

  • Some Difficulty

Hard to load bike

Not very impressed. I have several bikes and bought this stand specifically for my wide tire mountain bike. When I try to position the bike, the "folding legs" do just that - they fold in and the kickstand rotates and the front wheel doesn't lock. I need to make some adjustments to the legs. I have other bike racks that are very easy to use and hold the bike securely. This leaves a lot to be desired. Might throw it away at the end. dear mistake

Am I missing something?

I'm not sure I'm missing something but I really don't understand the rave reviews of this stand. In the few days I've used it, it's mediocre at best. It's hard to lock my bike because it slides all over the place. I think I figured out how to prop it up with one foot when loading the bike up, but it's awkward. I could live with that, but it doesn't hold the bike very well either. I wanted something to set up my bike while attaching or unloading the panniers. That's right, because every bump or…

Cheap wobbly stand.

For a product designed for one simple purpose - bike mount - it fails miserably. This must have been designed by a team of high school students and put together from Fischer Price parts because 1) it slips when you try to put your bike in place. 2) The bike is not stable because the base is not wide enough with outstretched arms. 3) The bike tips over and falls to the ground because parts like the grub screw are cheap. It's a bunch of junk with a simple purpose, and it fails. Designing a bike…

It's OK.: Indoor bike storage

The stand is well designed. It is fully assembled right out of the box. I agree with others, it's hard to load a bike in. I have it in my garage (concrete floor) and the stand slides when you try to load the bike in it. The feet of the stand have rubber grips that don't grip concrete very well. Once the bike is inserted (mountain bike 27.5 inch), the stand becomes stable. In my opinion, it's not easy to tip over. Overall the stand does what I want it to hold my bike and it does what I expected…
