There is a very handy software for automatic testing and overclocking - CTR 2.1, use at your own risk. If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it. Overclocking through the BIOS is not very easy for those who do not know the prog - you need to run profiles through autorun. In overclocking, you will get a 10% increase in performance, and maybe an increase in costs . Is it worth it. In normal mode, a quite productive processor, only it is desirable to lower the voltage - less temperature - less noise. KPT-8 - what was at hand, I will change to another.

Pros

Excellent processor. I got a "golden" copy, it works at 4.25 GHz at 120225v or 4.4 GHz at 1.275v for all cores in the air. At 1.35 at 4.55 GHz, but better cooling is needed, and this is the price of dropsy or Noctua, which is more than half the price of the processor, there is not much point in this. Gammax S40 cooler that was on the old i5. Powered by Asus B550-Tuf Gaming. The maximum temperature at 4.4 GHz is 85 with this cooler and kpt-8 paste, I don’t remember only in links or in blender.
