For the most part I am very satisfied. I love all the different sized hooks and how comfortable the grip feels in my hand. However, my problems with this product are that the case is really cheap, the zipper has already fallen off, the hooks in the case keep falling out of their places. Also, the hooks keep popping out of the handle while I'm using it, which is very frustrating. This product did not come with instructions explaining how charging works. When it is connected to the network, when discharged or fully charged, the LED on the handle is always blue. When something is charging, the light will usually be red or at least flashing. It's not, it's a guessing game about whether or not it's fully charged.
