Review on Pets L Lysine Cats Powder Pack by Tamara Ellis

One of our 11 month old kittens has struggled with sneezing fits and watery eyes since we adopted him at 2 months old. Although he has been treated twice with antibiotics for his symptoms, we were told he would simply have to outgrow it as his immune system got stronger. It's good that his mother is a pharmacist and his aunt is a veterinarian. Started with this unflavored (hooray!) powder and noticed huge improvements in less than 2 months. Well, Eli is said to still sneeze from time to time, but definitely not his "sneezing fits" like he used to. His eyes are much less harsh (90% improvement). Since Eli has an insatiable teenage appetite and eats every other bowl (we rescued 7 cats), I add a very small amount (a subtherapeutic dose) to each bowl. However, one of our newest additions to our family was struggling with sticky eyes (no sneezing) so this was an added benefit for Koko - her eyes, I'm happy to report, have gone completely clear. My favorite part about this product is that it has no flavor (there are so many fish flavored foods out there. Most of my cats refuse seafood).
