I love this cleaning spray! It has such a lovely rose smell to it and my mat feels wonderfully clean. I have a mix of an almost daily home practice plus going to two yoga classes per week. At home, I always lay out a sheet before rolling out my mats to keep my mats clean and protected, but at the gym I feel they can be very nasty after being used there, especially the sides facing the floor. I love how I can use this spray on my other yoga props(blocks, foam roller, yoga blanket, exercise ball, straps, headbands, bolster, etc). Not only does it clean but it leaves a fresh scent behind that has aromatherapy benefits. I can use it as a disinfectant, room spray, furniture spray etc. I've even sprayed it on blankets and pillows to get them smelling fresh and feeling clean to me. If you are like me and get acne breakouts, it is important to always have a clean pillow so change out your pillow case often and maybe use something like this spray to disinfect it in between washes. And definitely use this on your yoga mat, because some poses require your face directly on the mat and you don't want germs transferring to your face! Yick. I recommend this spray for anyone who likes essential oils and natural cleaning products. The cloth it came with is very soft and nice.
