Teflon Gaskets for Alcohol Column
Problems with chemical evaporation and silicone contamination. Teflon seals are stiffer and require better clamp compression, but this gives you a cleaner product. So, as I said, I replaced the silicone with teflon, I have no leaks and am very happy with the result.
