Product works as described. Be sure to close the lid tightly without tilting it. I mostly fill it up from a filtered water dispenser in the fridge and the reservoir just isn't designed for that, although I think a lot of people do. This step could be simplified by designing the hole differently. Drinking from the bladder is very pleasant and easy to understand. The flow is good, there are no "kinks" at the bottom of the hose where it enters the bladder.
