I ordered this with the intention of modifying my BELL half helmet. It came out amazing, I used a 5 minute jbweld epoxy along with a syringe that I cut the tip off. This allowed me to mix the epoxy, pull it out and fit the bead snugly into the narrow groove between the helmet shell and the helmet pad, the rim of this mask was the perfect contour and thickness to sit perfectly in the groove. Then I added another bead along the outside and inside of the fitting. I decided to apply some acrylic paint to it to see how it would look painted white, despite the temporary nature of acrylic on non-porous plastic. But now that I know the bottom line. I plan on removing the acrylic and painting it professionally with enamel. Note that if you decide to do something like this, you'll lose your shoulder skills when changing lanes, as it effectively shifts your peripheral vision a few inches forward. But as a result, unless it's very cold or humid, lens fogging is almost eliminated.
